About
Wolfe Appraisal Services was established in 2004 and was founded by Andrea and Jeff Wolfe. Andrea is a fully licensed and insured Certified Real Estate Appraiser in Illinois with over 20 years of residential appraisal experience throughout northern Illinois. Andrea has an abundance relevant knowledge and insight to offer clients who are looking for a solid value opinion of real property.
Andrea has been appraising since 2004 and has been a Realtor since 2013. She has completed thousands of appraisals and has thorough knowledge of appraisal evaluation regulations & procedures. Andrea's extensive experience with challenging assignments has placed her in high demand with lenders and Realtors. Furthermore, Andrea's real estate sales expertise greatly enhances her perspective on appraising since she is regularly in touch with buyers and sellers. Her formal education includes appraisal courses, earning an MBA from Roosevelt University and a B.S. in Marketing from Northeastern.
Andrea has completed assignments for lenders, attorneys, Realtors, home buyers & sellers, investors, accountants, builders, and for local municipalities.
